Greenvision Launches 'Relicell' UPS Batteries In India

Relicell is completely maintenance free and produced at a battery manufacturing facility that is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
Monday, June 15, 2009: Greenvision Technologies has launched the new brand of its UPS battery called Relicell in India. Relicell is claimed to be completely maintenance free. The Relicell SMF VRLA batteries are also said to have a long floating and cyclic life span, high specific energy and low self discharge rate.
"Completely leak proof, it has excellent anti-corrosion properties and performs flawlessly in varying temperature conditions as well," according to the company.
Relicell is manufactured at a VRLA battery manufacturing plant in a joint venture with Shandong Power Sources, a VRLA manufacturer in China.
Relicell is available in ratings starting from 12V, 7AH upto 12V, 245 AH and 2V, 100AH to 2V, 3000AH. All ratings from 12V, 26AH onwards have a 10 year float design life, compared to three to five years from other vendors in the market.
The products have undergone testing from independent testing labs like ETDC and CPRI and test certificates are available. Relicell has got UL certiifcation and the UL file number is MH46792.
All Relicell batteries are backed by a 13-month warranty. Warranty replacements are available across India at the 45 'Relicell Service Locations'. Products from 12V, 7 AH upto 12V, 100AH are normally available ex stock. Other ratings are available on order basis with lead time of six-eight weeks.
