BenQ Rolls Out G Series LCD Monitors In India

With the screen sizes ranging from 18.5 inch to 23.6 inch, consumers have ample choices to meet their specific usage. Thursday, April 30, 2009:
BenQ,
a provider of networked digital lifestyle devices, has launched its G
series LCD monitors in India. The newly launched series offers four
models -- BenQ G920HDA, BenQ G2020HD, BenQ G2220HD and BenQ 2410HD,
which come equipped with the aspect ratio of 16:9 and a contrast ratio
of 40,000:1 with 5ms response time.
Ideal for home and office applications
such as movies, games, presentations etc., the G series LCD monitors
render 720p to 1080p full high definition content such as Blu-ray
movies and console games.
With the screen sizes ranging from
18.5 inch to 23.6 inch, consumers have ample choices to meet their
specific usage. The BenQ G2020HD, and BenQ 2410HD LCD
monitors display Full HD content in its native 16:9 format without the
distortion, resizing or black bars that plague 16:10 displays.
The
BenQ G920HDA LCD monitor boasts a 2-lamp design that emits a bright 300
nits, which helps in saving substantial energy and cutting carbon
dioxide and mercury emissions. The G2410HD LCD monitor is further
enhanced by AMA Technology (Advanced Motion Accelerator) for increased
brightness and faster response time.

enhancement engine, Senseye+photo comes standard in all four models and
features optimised standard, dynamic, photo, movie and even
NSTL-certified sRGB preset modes.
BenQ G series LCD monitors MOP
(market operating price) range is from Rs 6,500 to Rs 11,500. The new
products from BenQ are now available through all BenQ dealers.
